This survey outlines seven proposed changes to the MCDP constitution. These proposed changes to the MCDP constitution seek to make the MCDP a “direct democracy” by greatly expanding grassroots participation and by empowering each MCDP member with the opportunity for direct participation. The seven proposed changes to the constitution would:
- make the MCDP an on-line community,
- give each elected member an equal voice on the “Executive Committee,”
- expand the size of the “Executive Committee,”
- make new rules for “transparency.”
